Zak Swafford joined Advenir-Oakley Development in July of 2022. Zak assists with the analysis of contracts, budgets, timelines, and management of land acquisition projects. Prior to joining Advenir-Oakley Development, Zak interned as an Acquisition Analyst for Advenir Living in Miami, FL. There, he assisted with market analysis and underwriting of potential multi-family acquisitions. Zak studied Business Management at James Madison University’s College of Business, from which he holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Zak enjoys hiking, exploring the outdoors, and volunteering in his community.
